National Security Guard (NSG) to establish its hubs in Ayodhya, Pathankot, and Kerala. Ayodhya unit will get active in coming and the rest will until the end of this year. Due to Ram Mandir, the city and Mandir itself is on target of Islamic terrorism and in any adversary, the local NSG hub will ensure timely response to threats. Being in a bordering area, Pathankot is a strategic hotspot and it deserves its own NSG Hub, officials say.
