The announcement was made during an esteemed discussion held at the Federal Parliament Secretariat, with Mr. Achyut Ram Bhandari, the guardian of the Achyut Ram Music Foundation, meeting with the honorable Speaker Devraj Ghimire. During the meeting, Mr. Bhandari extended an invitation to the Speaker to grace the solo sitar performance and offered a brief overview of the Foundation's upcoming cultural events scheduled for the 15th of every Nepali month.
