The event was jointly organized by Achyutarām Bhandari Music Foundation, Pathik Foundation, and Sphatikeshwar Temple, Fatakshila. The program was attended by prominent guests, including Melamchi Municipality's Chief Aitaman Tamang.

During the program, Chief Tamang, in his remarks, recalled listening to classical music on Radio Nepal and emphasized the increased importance of classical music nowadays. He also invited Achyutarām Bhandari Music Foundation to participate in the program, acknowledging the favorable timing.

Program Schedule:
The program commenced on Baishakh 23 with bhajan, kirtan, and aarti in the evening and continued the next day, Baishakh 24, from 10 AM to 3 PM, featuring classical music, devotional songs, dance, meditation, and lectures.
