National Security Advisor Ajit Doval made a quiet visit to Chennai on Friday night, stayed at Raj Bhavan, and left the city the following day.

Doval met Tamil Nadu governor R N Ravi at Raj Bhavan and the following morning proceeded to Kalpakkam where the Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR) is located.
