Rajya Sabha passes three criminal bills-
1. The Bharatiya Nyaya (Second) Sanhita, 2023,
2. The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (Second) Sanhita, 2023 &
3. The Bharatiya Sakshya (Second) Bill, 2023
These three laws will replace IPC, CrPC and Evidence Act.
The fundamental difference between new law and old is the sprit and purpose of Justice system
