She is Imrana Khatoon. She has been arrested by UP STF after the arrest of terrorist Javed Shaikh with 4 IEDs from Muzaffarnagar, UP.
She had given an order of 200 IEDs to Javed Shaikh and these IEDs were used to post implementation of CAA before general elections. She was a labourer before 15 years but now she has properties worth 40 crores in Delhi and UP.
She is a close ally of a jailed Aam Aadmi Party leader.
