CHANGE

A million times you all must have heard that "Change is the only constant in this World" but have you drill it down

Change is of 2 types

First is the one which come from people. Here the people lead the change and Leader role is only to inspire people for it. Example is "Swachh Bharat". This type of change is loud and spoken with top of voice volume

Second is a silent change. This change is so silent that even the left hand don't know what right is doing. This change is lead by the Leader without shouting about it and people experience it gradually when things move in right direction. For example ease of doing business

The LEADERS who understand it always shine be it rain or sun
