On his upcoming film, 'The UP Files', actor Manoj Joshi who plays the role of Baba Ji says, "When UP gets a new Chief Minister who is ambitious and dedicated to taking his state to new heights and establishing a model of good governance, takes every necessary measure and ultimately makes the state count among the few developed states of India. UP has given India many good Prime Ministers, but still, it lacked in development... UP has everything, but the dedication to develop the state was missing among its leaders for decades."
