Pakistani government has admitted before the Islamabad High Court that Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoJK) is a foreign territory. Pakistan Additional Attorney General told the court that Kashmiri poet and journalist Ahmed Farhad Shah is under police custody in PoJK and he cannot be produced before the Islamabad High Court as PoJK is in a foreign land that does not come under Pakistan's jurisdiction.

Ahead of 4th June, Additional Advocate General (Govt lawyer) of Pakistan admits in Islamabad High Court that "POK is a foreign territory"

GOVT LAWYER - Kashmiri Poet Ahmed Farhad cannot be presented before the Islamabad court because POK is not ours but a foreign territory.

JUDGE - If POK is a foreign territory, then how did the Pakistani Rangers enter there from Pakistan 😭😂
